This warranty period extension (“Pegasus Branded Products Warranty Period Extension”) only applies to products branded or labeled with the ‘Pegasus’ name as sold by Blickle Canada Inc., Candiac, Québec (“Pegasus Branded Products”). This Pegasus Branded Products Warranty Period Extension only supersedes the warranty limitation period as stipulated in Sections 10 of the Blickle Canada General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Blickle Canada General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

Extension of the Limitation Period for Warranty Claims regarding Pegasus Branded Products.
Regarding Pegasus Branded Products, except for the electric drive system “ErgoMove”, all warranty claims as stipulated under the Blickle Canada Terms and Conditions of Sale shall become time-barred four (4) years from the date of delivery of the goods in question. Exceptions according to the Blickle Terms and Conditions of Sale may apply.

All other agreements and periods, except for the one-year limitation period regarding warranty claims in Section 10 (a) of the Blickle Canada Terms and Conditions of Sale, shall apply to Pegasus Branded Products. THIS PEGASUS BRANDED PRODUCTS WARRANTY PERIOD EXTENSION SHALL IN PARTICULAR NOT APPLY TO THE ELECTRIC DRIVE SYSTEM ‘ERGOMOVE’ AND ‘PEGASUS’ BRANDED PRODUCTS.
